1. Delivery Area

We currently deliver within Germany. Deliveries to other countries are only possible by prior arrangement – please contact us at support@amilior.de before placing your order.


2. Delivery Time

Since our sofa modules are predominantly custom-made to your configuration (module selection, fabric, color), the delivery time is generally 6 to 8 weeks from order acceptance and receipt of payment.

For stock items (non-customized standard modules), the delivery time may be shorter – the respective delivery time is indicated in the product offer.

Once your order has been produced and is ready for shipment, we will inform you by email. You will receive an SMS or email with a time window of at least 3 hours no later than 48 hours before the delivery date.


3. Shipping and Delivery

Due to the size and weight of our products, delivery is made by freight forwarder, not by parcel service. Delivery is standard to the curb.

Delivery to the point of installation (e.g., living room, even via stairs) is possible upon request and for an additional charge – please indicate when ordering if there is no elevator so we can plan the delivery accordingly.

All packages are designed to weigh a maximum of 35 kg and can be carried by two people.


4. Shipping Costs

The shipping costs will be transparently displayed to you during the order process. Due to freight forwarding, the costs may vary depending on the delivery address and the extent of the order. You can find the exact conditions during the ordering process.


5. Transit Damage

Please check the delivered modules immediately upon receipt for visible damage. If damage is found, please:

  • Note the damage on the freight forwarder's delivery note
  • Take photos of the damaged packages and modules
  • Inform us by email at support@amilior.de within 48 hours

We will deliver damaged modules free of charge – a return is generally not necessary. Your statutory warranty rights remain unaffected by failure to meet this deadline.


6. Right of Withdrawal

Consumers generally have a statutory right of withdrawal in accordance with §§ 312g, 355 BGB. The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day on which you or a third party designated by you took possession of the goods.

Exclusion for Individual Configurations: The right of withdrawal is excluded in accordance with § 312g para. 2 no. 1 BGB, insofar as the ordered modules have been manufactured according to your individual specifications (configuration, fabric, color) and cannot be used for other customers. We expressly point out this exclusion to you before the order is placed.

For non-customized stock items, the right of withdrawal applies without restriction.


7. Exercising the Right of Withdrawal

To exercise your right of withdrawal, please send us a clear declaration by email to support@amilior.de with the following information:

  • Your name and address
  • Your order number
  • The items to be returned
  • Your wish to withdraw

We will confirm receipt of your withdrawal immediately by email and arrange the return process with you.


8. Return Conditions

The return must be made within 14 days of declaring the withdrawal. The goods must be returned unused, complete, and, if possible, in their original packaging.

Since sofa modules are large and heavy products, the return also takes place by freight forwarder. The costs of the return are borne by the customer, unless there is a fault on our part. We are happy to help you organize the collection – simply contact us at support@amilior.de.

9. Refund

After successful inspection of the return, we will refund the purchase amount to you within 14 days using the original payment method. Return shipping costs will be deducted from the refund amount, unless you have organized the return yourself.

In the event of incorrect or defective goods, we will, of course, bear all costs in full.


10. Exchange

A direct exchange (e.g., for a different module or color) is possible if the desired product is available. Please contact us before returning an item so that we can find the best solution for you.
